2) Motivation.

This must come from the Leadership and teaching style, additional self-development teachings, as well as encouragement during the challenges. You must build you while you build your business. This factor ENERGIZES the KNOWLEDGE!

3) Activation.

This is where the teaching MUST get the new person DOING, not just Learning. You must ACTIVATE the new distributor the first 7 days to get into the game, and start the sharing process the first week. It is an industry fact that the distributors that experienced some form of success their first week, had a pattern of more success their first year, then those who did not. This factor ACTIVATES the KNOWLEDGE!

Educate!

Motivate!

Let’s move forward, and talk about whom you are planning on becoming in your MLM and Network Marketing business.

Before you ever call anyone, or even start your learning, you need to be honest with yourself about your Role, and what you are going to be doing as you build your dream mlm business.

Many people never define who they are in this business, and what they are going to do. And because of that, never have clearly defined tasks or focus in building their dreams. This will create a “fog” or lack of clarity in which direction you are going to be heading and what you will be doing with the hours you have to work your business.

In your wonderful Network Marketing company, you need to decide which one of these roles you are planning on taking on and which is most comfortable for you at this time. Understand, you will grow tremendously in this business and company, but there always needs to be a starting point.

Which one best describes you now?

1) Retailer of the Products.

This is simply the lifeblood of our company, and is where you share the products with your friends and family, and build a business with lots of customers over time. The retail profits and commissions you earn can become a significant income.

2) Retailer of the Products who wants to grow into a Business Builder

Many friends that you share these products with will know someone, or even be interested themselves in working with you in building their own business and dreams. Never be pushy, but MAGNETIC, with excitement, energy, and passion as you develop a team who decides to duplicate what you’re doing. Serious part-time supplemental income can develop here.

3) Serious (Career) Business Builder

Serious Business Builders are the potential Super Stars of your business and company. And they are the leaders of your company. Their focus is amazing, and work ethic is strong.

And many Serious Business Builders grew into this Role, by starting as retailers of the products only. The Path to Success can be traveled many ways, but the key is to KEEP TRAVELLING THE PATH! Career incomes are made at this level.

Which one do you see yourself as now? There is NO WRONG ANSWER! You need to do what excites you most, and then simply start.

That’s it. Just START.

What excites you the most, and “feels right”, will be what you do initially the best. As you grow, you may change your focus and direction in MLM.

Once you define what you plan on becoming, and what role you will be stepping into, you do not have to stay there. You may start off as simply a retailer and share the products, and eventually grow into the company’s number one earner. All things are possible!

MLM Success – The Secret MLM Recruiting Formula for becoming 10 Feet Tall and Bulletproof

Network Marketing recruiting is not a hazardous occupation, but you would never know it from some folks.

That is why you need “body armor.”

Just like the kind that the Special Ops Commandos use in their operations. If they get shot at,the armor reflects or stops the bullet, and they live. You need that kind of armor in MLM, and you need to become 10 Feet Tall and Bulletproof in MLM Prospecting!

Great! But how do you do that?

Easy. It all deals with reflecting the bullets of rejection from your mlm prospects, and doing it handily. That is something that anyone can do, and anyone can succeed at, as reflecting “rejection bullets” is handled by what we call a “Third Party Recruiter.”

What is that?

It simply is a recruiting tool, CD, DVD, or Brochure, or website/webcast, or any other tool that you can use to tell the story of the Network Marketing Company you enrolled in.

All you do, is ask them if they have a few minutes, as you would like to share an idea with them, that has really helped your life.

All you are doing with these recruiting tools are “sifting and sorting” as they call it, mlm prospects. I call it “Rating and Separating.” You simply are rating the ones who show an interest as High, and the rest you are separating into a group for possible product purchases. Again, it is that simple.

And when you have given them a CD or DVD, and it has been a day or so, call them, and ask, “What was your favorite part about the DVD?” or “What did you like the best about the CD?” Assume they have listened to it, and focus them on what they liked best.

If they did not like it, you did not have to do a presentation, or go through the whole scenario of your mlm company. You saved a lot of time using a recruiting tool. And they did not reject you, but simply did not embrace the message that the tool shared with them.

It is called “Rejection Proof” Prospecting and Recruiting! And it can make you feel 10 Feet Tall and Bulletproof because they did not tell you NO, but told you that the CD message was not for them.

But wait! It gets better!

You can fail 80%-90% of the time and still create a solid business with MLM prospecting tools! And you would be 10 Feet Tall and Spitting Bullets then! How would that happen?

It all deals with understanding the numbers in Network Marketing Success.

Power Prospecting can bring in the results you desire for your network marketing business, and the number of prospects you are looking for.

Power Prospecting is a paradigm shift in what you do to prospect. It is a different focus than most. Power prospecting is about being an “Opener”, not a closer. It is about opening people’s minds, hearts, eyes, and futures to what they can be, not what they are. Power prospecting is focusing the prospect on the power of their own dream, and then show them how to create the Opening in their life with your business. This focus relies on conversation, not just a network marketing presentation.

Opening someone’s mind up to what is truly possible is beyond just power, but now you have tapped into PURPOSE which carries with it a whole different realm of power. Talk to them about what they want in life. Show them the doorway with your network marketing company,and then open the door as you describe what their life will be like working with you. 3) W stands for WHERE They Are.

Start prospecting the person WHERE the prospect is, not where you are. Most people in MLM try to grab the prospects’ hand, and drag them into Network marketing. Not a good choice.

There is something we have taught for a while:

Start in their world, and then lead them to yours.

Where you start is as important as where you finish. Do not put pressure on the prospect. That is not Power Prospecting, but Poor prospecting. And you will lose the prospect just about everytime.

Ask questions and get to understand where they are in life, and what challenges they are facing. Understand them before you ever try to recruit the, Understanding turns the average prospect in to a willing prospect.

4) E stands for ENGAGE RADAR.

You have what we call “Prospecting Radar” and you need to keep it engaged at all times. You need to ask three questions:

“Who is around me right now and do I know them?”

“If I do not, do I want to?”

“Are they alone or with a group of people?”

Then simply go over and if they are with people, then listen, and comment from time to time on what is said. If they are alone, then simply go up and introduce yourself with this Power Prospecting Phrase:

“I don’t know you, and I really would like to introduce myself. My name is Tom, and if you don’t mind me asking, what would your name be?”

5) R stands for REASSURE.

Power prospectors are masters at reassuring people. They reassure prospects that they DO have the talent to succeed in life, they DO have the skills that are neccessary for Success, they DO have the personality that Success demands, and they WILL succeed at life if they work with you, work hard, and learn the Success trainings of your mlm company.

Reassurance is NOT hype. Hype is all over this industry, and it really is a turn off to most. Reassurance is simply introducing the prospect to a new world that they could be living, and explaining to them that you will be helping them and walking with them as they get their Success Journey started.

Let the prospect know you will be there for them, and will not disappear like others have. Assure them sincerely and with integrity.

MLM Leads – The Top MLM Lead Companies in Network Marketing

In the pursuit of finding these top 15 Network Marketing Lead companies, there were some requirements and considerations that went into the mix. An MLM lead is only part of the MLM Lead Success Formula. There were 5 things that we looked at when we were considering MLM Lead Companies.

What are they?

1) Quality of the MLM lead.

Quality of lead is everything. There are some great looking websites out there that look totally rocdking, but we found that the quality of leads when we called them, were less than what you should expect in an MLM lead.

Beautiful site, great looking logo, lousy leads.

That is why we actually had people order leads, and we called them. We called more than one bunch of leads as well. This at least would give us a feeling of consistency or lack of it. The MLM Lead companies we chose were highly consistent in quality of lead, and people who truly were looking for a business. It took us 7 months to complete the research on MLM leads.

2) Training of working the MLM Leads.

Many of the beautiful sites offered no type of ongoing training, and that was something that really needs to be be a part of any good MLM leads programs. There were some that had online training, as well as cds and training series you could purchase. That was good, but the ongoing live training was the best idea, and we found many MLM leads Companies that did just that.

Training also includes scripts, handling objections, presentation, following up, closing, and other MLM leads topics. There are some HOT MLM leads sites out there that truly delivered on this qulaity of MLM leads training.

3) MLM Leads Support.

The support factor was key. Once the MLM leads were purchased, was there somehow support in case of need? Most had email support, some had live phone support, and some had live instant message support. There were sites that offered no support, and if you had a challenge with your MLM leads, then good luck.

The support should be somehow resolving issues that arise, including bad mlm leads, wrong numbers or emails, and general problems. The MLM Leads companies we found that were the best, had a support system. And some type of guarantee also should be part of the network marketing lead program.

4) Targeted MLM leads.

Many companies had different types of targeted mlm leads, including company specific, live tv leads, local leads, gender specific, product specific, area code specific, among others. Targeted mlm leads are the favorite of the Networkers I talked to, as it give people a more focused lead, and a more targeted impact.

5) Pricing of the MLM leads.

This was a huge factor in determining many people’s decision to buy. But to be blunt, you get what you pay for. There are many cheap network marketing home business lead companies with cheap leads, but here is a warning:

Be careful.

Ask if you can try maybe 15-20 leads to see if they are worth the money. Many compnaies give free network marketing leads away to try.

Understand that a great MLM lead may cost you several dollars, and rightfully so.

That is one of the best kept secrets in Network Marketing. It is a business of phases and growth and seasons.

What is a phase?

It is a period of time in your life that you go through and through those times you experience many things, one being growth.

Your MLM organization is no exception. It will go through 4 phases of growth, if you let it.

Most downlines never go through all 4 phases, as they get stuck in one and stay there.

You will stick with it and continue building your group till it reaches the phase you want it to be at.

What are the 4 Phases of MLM organizational growth?

1) FRAGILE.

This Phase is the first period of time that you and your fledgling downline will go through, and it can be a rough one.

This period of time is where you are new, and really don’t know the business, your skin is not 2 inches thick, you have no prior experience in MLM, and you are on a major learning curve, and you will make mistakes.

This is where you are actually developing your belief and trust in the industry, and many things can shake your focus and belief.

Family.

Spouses.

Friends.

Co-workers.

Set Backs.

People telling you NO.

And the list goes on.

You really are fragile in this business, because you have not developed your “Success Muscles” to help you go on in face of adversity, and your group is as well.

This is where a lot of people quit. They never “get it” that you must grow beyond the Fragile Phase to build a business. They got their feelings hurt constantly by their negative prospects, because they were in the Fragile phase and never grew beyond it.

This second phase is where you have grown beyond the Fragile phase, and now your group is starting to grow more solid and be more consistent in Volume and paychecks. In the Solidifying phase, you start to see some Leaders emerge, and volume becomes solid and steady, as well as paychecks start to get steady and consistent.

When your group moves into this phase, you will know it and sense it as well. Your leaders will start to experience success as well as you and it is consistent, and you will see some leaders start to create their own identity in this business.

And you will sense some beginnings of momentum as well.

You will start to see some growth in your group that you had absolutely nothing to do with, and it will continue.

And you will see some new faces starting to show up in your group that you don’t know who they are, or their names.

THAT is when you will FEEL your group starting to Solidify, and that is where the majority of people quit.

80-90% of people who leave this business leave during the first 2 stages, and most leave during the first.

3) MATURE.

This phase is where the big money starts showing up. You can make a living in the solidifying phase, a nice one, but this phase is where the big checks start showing up, and show up they do. Not only for you, but also your leaders as well.

This phase is where you start to have “Layered Leadership” and that simply means you have Leaders in layers in your downline in many legs, and they now start to have Leaders showing up in their group as well. And the numbers in your group now number in the thousands, and many are active Leaders.

The Mature Phase also shows that your leaders have taught and duplicated how to build leaders in their group, and the dynamics of your group here become exciting as “Mature Pockets” start showing up and they no longer need you, as they have “splintered” into their own leadership organization.

This phase, $100,000 a year is commonplace.

And Millionaires to be start showing up.

4) ROCK SOLID.

This is the “WEALTH CREATION” Phase. This phase is where Wealth is created and accumulated and Millionaires roll up in this business.

This phase is where no matter what you do, you cannot mess up your business, and it will continue on in the event of your death.

The Rock Solid Phase is where also you have many Mature “Pockets” of distributors in your group, and now you have Mature Leaders that have big groups and many layers of Leadership.
